Capps, Jimmy

Hey y’all! My name is Jimmy, I’m a native of Henderson County NC and have lived here all my life. This all started with the building of an island for our home that Mitzie and I share. Back in 2021, I took a piece of scrap from the island and power carved out the very first fruit bowl I ever made. Mitzie loved it as a gift. With the encouragement from her and my good friend Nick, I started to make fruit bowls to sell. Each piece is made from a hand selected and locally sourced piece of wood and holds its own unique function in the home. They are finished with food grade mineral oil that allows each piece to be used or simply admired. It is always exciting to see how each individual bowl turns out.
